"Arirang, Arirang, Arariyo~ Arirang Pass is the long road you go~ The brightest of stars stud the sky so blue; Deep in my bosom burns bitterest rue~~"
"God, will you shut up already?? Walking in this heat's been bad enough without your voice constantly drilling into my goddamn ears," Hyoushou finally snapped, glaring up at Seul-ki. Even in the shade of the forests that surrounded Konoha, the climate of the area contrasted drastically with the cool ocean breezes of Kiri, permeating the boy's being in a rather unpleasant way. They'd been walking most of the day by now; at least, most of them had.
"Whaaaat~? That song's a classic, and it's not even that hot out."
"It is if you've actually been walked and scouting all fucking day. You know, your job?"
Seul looked down at him from her perch atop one of the large fish vessels on the merchant's wagon, where she'd been riding most of the trip with Munetoshi. Hardly a sweat broken. Gotta work smart, after all.
"Oh please. I'm conserving energy. No one's going to attack some smelly fish convoy." She rolled her eyes again, launching into the next verse as they approached the village gates.

"Quit your bickering already, we're almost there. We'll be able to get some rest for a bit when we arrive." He waved Hyoushou off, hoping to placate him with the promise of shade and a place to sit. It certainly wasn't the shortest walk, and the heat was surprisingly distracting; especially for someone who relied so heavily on hydration. He'd been careful to pack extra supplies of water to keep himself in shape.
Munetoshi, meanwhile, was contentedly humming along with the singing, carefully tending to his own tools as he did so, checking and rolling fresh reels of wire and making adjustments to the fishing rod he had brought. Clearly he expected to enjoy the sights more than he expected to do any work. Even still, Jun was unable to determine just how much stock the old man had in their plan, and if he would be of assistance at all...

"Man's heart is like water streaming downhill, Woman's heart is well water, so deep and still~ Arirang...."
She trailed off as they were stopped at the gate by the guards, watching them check the merchant's papers and begin to examine the cargo for a moment before looking back at their teacher. He certainly seemed more active than usual, even just sitting there as he was. It was the slightest bit suspicious.
"Hey Grandpa~ You aren't planning to leave us all the work while you go fishing or something, are you?" That's a bitch move, Santa.

"Oh ho ho ho." Munetoshi bellowed with laughter, a twinkle in his wrinkle hidden eyes. "Of course not. Fishing is part of the job. We have to keep this man stocked, after all." He slapped the salesman on the back, who quickly went from mild laughter to shock, clearly not having expected the old man to pack such a wallop.
"Sounds like bullshit to me." Jun retorted, shaking his head. But maybe it'd be best if the old man was out of the way...even if it made phase one, getting the actual job done, a little more of a pain in the ass.

"This is the stupidest mission ever." Hyoushou growled, sneering at one of the Leaf guards who was eying him slightly. After their cargo was inspected, they were waved on through into the village. Seul finally hopped down, waltzing alongside the cart as they headed into the marketplace. The area was busy, that much was certain, but her eyes seemed more interested in the manor in the distance, set against a rather unappealing mountainside carving of the previous Hokage's faces.
"Bleh. How gaudy." She stuck her tongue out, making a face as they arrived at this merchant's stall. The whole place reeked of dead fish slowly rotting out in the sun. Disgusting. This was going to be a long day.

The smell didn't particularly bother Jun, considering where they lived and such, but the heat clearly was adding to it. This village certainly wasn't high on his list of vacation hot spots, but they were here to work; and more than one job, of course.
"Well, have fun youngin's." Munetoshi rattled with laughter once more, though he was already gone before they could shoot him a look. The old man had been making his own plans all along, but that suited their purposes just fine.
While Jun helped set up the stand, he gave his team mates a glance, gauging their response in preparation. How this was inferred with his eyes covered, who knew; but the point got across one way or another.

Seul-ki sat back and watched the two work, seeming completely oblivious to Jun's unseen "look". It seemed like her inactivity was continually infuriating Hyoushou, making him grumble under his breath a bit and slamming things around. What a useless bitch.
Of course, it served as a convincing show for anyone who might be watching.
It went on for quite awhile, Hyoushou getting more aggravated with each of her "helpful" suggestions, complaining to Jun impatiently. It was hard to tell if he was actually getting angry or just playing along with the ploy after awhile.
"That display's looking a little empty, Hyou-han. Stop slacking off~" She sang, cleaning her nails with an appraising look as she sat off to the side. Not a single hair out of place~
"GODDAMMIT." He slammed down another basket of fish with such a fury that it practically exploded in his hands. "I'm so sick of your lazy Princess Bitch bullshit. You haven't done SHIT all day but complain about the work we're doing. What the fuck use are you?"

Of course she would deliver on her end of the deal perfectly. Jun had expected as much, even if it seemed that Hyoushou had to be left in the dark a little bit; but for the most convincing act, he needed to be as actually angry as possible. Thankfully, this was easy to accomplish.
"Shut the fuck up, if you've got energy to blow on throwing a bitch fit, why don't you get some more work down without breaking everything you touch. Or is that concept too evolved for you?" He shot the boy a snide grin, dropping his own crate in place and crossing his arms defiantly. The merchant, suddenly very afraid, scampered as far away as possible. He just hated when this kind of thing happened.
And with ninja from Kiri, it was known to happen quite often.

"What?" He looked over at Jun, even more bewildered and infuriated at his reply.
"He's losing grasp on language. I think he's getting stupider~" Seul-ki just laughed him off as she always did. "We may have to start communicating with him through hand gestures and symbols. That's what cavemen understand."
Hyoushou still seemed hung up on this bullshittery, sparing Seul the shortest of snarls before glaring back at Jun.
"You're siding with her? She's always shitting on us and you--"
SMWACK
She had thrown a large mackerel from the wagon right into his face, gesturing widely with her arms now that she had his attention again. "FISH, Hyoushou. Fish go on STAND. SELL fish. You UNDERSTAND?"
It was quite possibly the most demeaning and hilarious thing that could have happened. The young swordsman was literally seething now, slimy and red in the face as he shook. Without words, he lurched forward at the girl, drawing his blade with what was obviously very real rage. Plan = successful.
"Oh noooo~~"

Jun took the chance that had been perfectly laid out, tossing another fish at the boy to disrupt his attack and leaping forward and kicking him soundly in his unguarded side. He had a kunai drawn already, not planning on trying to take that sword on without some backup. This might have been a plan, but with Hyoushou, there was always some real danger. Thankfully, this could only add to the realism of their ploy.
Unbeknownst to those around them, Jun had already siphoned some of his water form into some of the crates full of ice they'd been hauling, and had carefully planted them in the back, where his water clones could easily make a break for it to begin phase two of the plan.
"I've been sick of your shit from the start, Hyoushou. Why don't we see what the little temper of yours is really worth?!"

"I'll be glad to show you!" He replied, swinging around on the other boy as he recovered from the blow. His blade clashed with the kunai, force obviously greater than what Jun could muster/
Seul threw another fish at him, catching his attention just in time to tackle him right into the stand behind them. She was too light to do much damage, especially with him being much more built, but managed to throw him off balance and send them both tumbling over the stand and into the street. Fish went everywhere, drawing even more attention than they had already attracted with their arguments. She rolled off of him lithely, spinning and kicking another fish into his face, but his sword caught it with practiced precision and the halves went flying off into the crowd.
"I'm so SICK of this bullshit!"
"Come do something about it~!"
That seemed to tip him over the edge and he charged forward. Seul-ki jumped back quickly, forming handseals as quickly as she could manage to send a barrage of water right at him. He swung his sword forward, beasting through it and sending the rampant water forcibly off in either direction. Ordinary citizens scattered as the street began to flood from these children's "squabble".

Jun took full advantage of this, forming his own handseals to manipulate the water into two distinct funnels, formed from the halves in which it had been cut. They swerved back around into Hyoushou for fresh attempts at him in seamless teamwork. In the meantime, the ruckus was perfect for him to use for an escape with his water clones. He would be able to use this water to bolster his own abilities as well. Amidst the ruckus, the clones took to their designated points, gauging the accessibility of an escape.
Using the shared insight, he checked the routes leading to the nearby manner, running plans in his mind for the most accessible route. Some of the guards were already moving in awareness of the growing scrap in the marketplace. As they abandoned their post to come calm the storm, the path became much more clear.
A bit more damage done, and this would be like taking candy from a baby.

Hyoushou spun to try and ward off the water funnels the same way, but it was for naught and they blew him off his feet into the torrent that was all but destroying the market now. The wall of water overtook Seul as well, though she just seemed to disappear rather than be sent toppling ass over ankles as their opponent teammate was. After a moment, she--a clone of her, at least--reformed back out of the water and took the higher ground on one3 of the building above the washed-out market road. The swordsman had just burst from the water, regaining his footing atop of it below her vantage and was scanning the area for the two of them; poor thing, being the only one who couldn't reform naturally. "Hyou-han~" He locked on her taunting form immediately, swinging the sword up with a force that drove a razor wave of what and debris up and through the building she was perched upon. Oh snap. The girl stumbled, having been caught slightly off guard by the display, before hopping to the next building over and shooting another barrage of water bullets at him. He replied in the same way as before, sending another devastating wave of rage-fueled force at anything that moved around him. Of course, with so many clones running around, it wasn't hard to keep the destruction going, providing the perfect cover for her to slip away in the water as well. Distraction successful.

Quite successful, it seemed. The guards would have a hard time cooling this fire, but they couldn't bank too much on their ineptitude. They would have to move quickly, and so Jun's clones took off, moving through buildings and trees with the smoothest of skill, scoping the layout of the manor for the prime entrances, now that the guard was at its weakest. He took two approaches, one searching around the back of the building for an adequate vent or waterway that he could use to sneak in, while his other clone took a more visible approach through the rooftops, where he expected to encounter Seul-ki along the way.
Meanwhile, the "original" Jun continued agitating his furious team mate, sending a variety of quick water spouts in his direction, making careful use of the already outstanding damage to maneuver. A few of the guards were around them now, but keeping up was an issue in itself, and they clearly seemed baffled on determining who the real aggressor was in the situation. Perfect.

"Jun-jing~" The girl was perched atop one the roof, just above the small alcove the housed the stairs down into the manor, with the biggest shit-eating grin ever. She gestured widely, watching the sprays of debris and destruction from the marketplace. "Isn't this super easy? Hyou-han's totally helpful~"
She hopped down easily, opening the door to find the coast clear.
"C'mon, next phase~"
